Parks
Lake-front properties, of course, have uncontrolled total access to the lake. For "back-lot" properties, the development includes five park areas--Cherokee Park, Seneca Park, Apache Park, and Iroquois Park. Each back-lot property deed identifies the park available for use by those particular property owners. Some park areas include spaces for docks and the mooring of boats, and even facilities for the launching of boats.
A designated boat-launch area, located near the outlet dam at the southern end of the lake, provides additional common area for all members to access the lake and for the launching of registered boats. There is currently NO parking of towing vehicles and trailers while the lake is being enjoyed.
The road, the dam and the boat launch area are owned by a private residence here at the lake and there is NO public access to the waters or the dam, it is TRESPASSING - lake association members are granted permission to use these areas.
